Basic Information:

Fees: $300.00 per hour for all Standard Mediation
and Arbitration hearings.

The exception: Mediations under the MLG Short-Cause
Mediation Program. Fees are a flat $300 per party for
four hours of mediation time, no charge for mediator
preparation time. Amount in controversy must be less
than $25,000.00.
