Initiating mediation or arbitration is simple and streamlined. There are no hidden or “add-on” fees for case administration, cancellations or postponements.

Fees

The cost of mediation or arbitration services average $300 per hour (usually split between the parties). The exceptions are cases that qualify for our “Short-Cause” program, and the Cost-Buster Arbitration Service for Plan B Members (Private Schools) . Short-Cause mediations and arbitrations are billed at a reduced, flat fee (where there are only two parties and the amount in dispute is less than $25,000). Mediation fees are due 7 business days before a hearing to hold a date.
